"Winter is the time for comfort,
for good food and warmth,
for the touch of a friendly hand
and a talk beside the fire:
it is the time for home."

Everyone complains about winter, the cold, the darkness, but we love it and find it to be such a nice cozy time of year, and more relaxing too.
ReplyDeleteYes!!! I love winter!
DeleteWe've decided that comfort isn't seasonal ;-) Winter is favored by two out of four canines in our home; the other two prefer to cozy up under blankets until the many feet of snow retreat - in the summer.
ReplyDeleteLOL, well in a house full of huskies, we love the winter!
DeleteLovely graphic and quote. We are excited for winter too, but will we get snow??? We sure hope so!!!

Thanks, and paws crossed you get some snow!
DeleteBeautiful graphic.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Deletebeautiful graphic and quote.
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteNice! What's better than curling up next to a fire with a cup of hot chocolate while your pups snooze beside you?
ReplyDeleteYes, so so very true!
DeleteLove it! Great quote!
ReplyDeleteThanks!!
DeleteIt is 70 here today. This is not normal :) I will take it for sure. Beautiful picture.
ReplyDeleteLOL!!! Wow! Not normal indeed!!
DeleteI hope that we get some winter weather this year. We enjoyed snow last year for the first time in years. #BayouLife
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed!!!
DeleteSo excited for the cooler temperatures!
ReplyDeleteWe are too!!!
DeleteGoing in to a warm house on a dark night is the best thing about winter! :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree!!
DeleteThat is a beautiful graphic and quote!
ReplyDeleteThanks!!
DeleteBeautiful graphic! Winter isn't my favorite season, but I've grown to enjoy it more because of the dogs. But we have to have snow! Winter is no fun without snow. It's actually warm here this week, and I'm surprised that I'm not really happy about that. I was enjoying the cooler weather.

Oh I agree!! Winter isn't winter without snow!
DeleteAlthough we've been enjoying this gorgeous weather, we can't wait for snow! Well, actually me & my Husky can't wait for snow. My little Havanese/Maltese mix - not so much. Gorgeous graphic, I love this one!
ReplyDeleteLove & Biscuits,
Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them
LOL Poor little Phoebe! haha!
DeleteI keep hoping winter is a long way off!
ReplyDeleteAwww really? It's fun to play in the snow though!
DeleteBeautiful graphic! It is that time of year again. We've been blessed with a couple of unseasonably warm days here in Michigan, but soon everything will look like winter. I'm sure that the heavenly storehouses of snow are ready to open up on us.

We have actually had an incredibly warm week here as well. Strange for this time of year!
DeleteSimply beautiful. I doubt if I will see that kind of winter this year. It's November and we're still in the 80's. Not complaining though :)
ReplyDeleteLOL! Thanks!
DeleteVery nice graphic. Fall and Winter are my favorites.
ReplyDeleteMine too! And thanks!
DeleteThat's a great graphic. Though honestly, we're not ready for winter.
ReplyDeleteThanks! We are! Or I should say... my huskies are! LOL!
DeleteLove that one! It's been in the mid 80s here, with 85-98% humidity. Not fall weather, even for Florida!
ReplyDeleteLOL It has been strangely warm here this week, not sure what the heck is going on!!!
DeleteIt's summery here at 71°F (very unusual for November here!), but this is a beautiful graphic! My FiveSibes are dreaming just looking at the winter scene!
ReplyDeleteHere too, but we are hoping for some snow soon!
DeleteNice graphic. We had such a nice day today that I spent a good long time outside taking pictures for upcoming posts. I remember last year freezing my rear off taking pictures this time of year.
ReplyDeleteRight? The weather has been strange this year!
