What were my Huskies thankful for this Thanksgiving?
I think their answer would be the delicious turkey, potato and broccoli dinner they had!
Mika didn't waste any time digging in to her dinner.
Neither did Koda, his favorite veggie is broccoli, so believe it or not, he ate the greens before the meat!
And then there is Lexus... while she did eventually eat the entire meal, she picked around the broccoli, and went straight for the meat, then the potatoes. Typical picky girl!
What was I thankful for this Thanksgiving?
My family, of course. The furry, and the human ones! It's so funny, because every time my brother comes to visit during holidays, Lexus is all over him! They are best buds, and he often jokes about taking her home with him. My family is everything to me. I am so thankful and blessed that I am able to spend holidays with my brother, mother, father, kids, hubby and the furries too!!
Thanksgiving Monday was a gorgeous day, so the kids spent a lot of time outside, playing on the swings and playing tag. The whole weekend was great, the food was amazing, the family time was wonderful as always, and the dogs had fun. Here's to another thankful, thanksgiving!
I hope all my fellow Canadians had a great holiday too!
