TGIF! Friday's usually means it's PAWty time right here on our Pet Parade blog hop BUT keeping in mind that one of our hosts and some of our linkers are at the Blog Paws conference, we have decided to take the week off.
That doesn't mean we can't still PAWty!
It is Friday isn't it?
How many of you take your dogs for night walks?
Night walks are a fan favorite here!
I love walking just after the sun goes down, it is peaceful, the river is calm, and my huskies enjoy it also.
Or how about when your letting your pups or even kitties out in the yard for a late night potty break? Wouldn't it be great to have site of your pet the whole time?

Let me introduce you to Nite Ize.
Nite Ize has a wide variety of products for you humans out there as well as your pets.
Feel free to take a moment to check out their video and learn more about their company and how it started.
Here is what Nite Ize had to say about their company.
"We are built on the dedication and enthusiasm of our staff. We are ordinary people working together to achieve extraordinary results. These core values define our interaction with one another and our customers.
Persistence,
Ownership,
Integrity,
Problem solving."
They have a great story and we are super happy to be doing a review for them.
I was excited to dig into my package once it arrived, after reading and learning so much about their company.
Package contents :
- Three Nite Dawg LED Light Up Pet Leashes
- Three Nite Dawg LED Light Up Dog Collars
- Two SpotLit's LED Carabiner light
- one PetLit LED collar light
We literally looked like a walking Christmas tree when it got dark!
Check out the collar lights!
The difference between SpotLit and PetLit?
I was wondering the same thing. Basically what I could find was simply that the SpotLit can have multiple uses, such as a dog collar light, a key chain light etc . . .
Whereas the PetLit has a little dog fire Hydrant design on it, made specifically for collars, and it is a tad smaller then the others. Which was PAWfect for Lexus!
I would like to show you a little bit about the LED collars.
When I opened the package, I immediately attempted to size them to my huskies necks. Here is where I ran into a problem!
I could not size the collar due to the LED light source inside of it.
Hmmmm.....it didn't make sense. Who would think to look at directions for sizing a dog collar?!
Well it's a good thing I did because I was not doing it right!
I have a few diagrams to show you what needs to be done to size these collars.
First things first you have to PULL OUT the light source! haha, Oops! (above)
Next, you size the collar on your dog to make sure it fits, then you measure the light source to the new size.
Then simply snip on your measure mark, and reinsert the light source.
Seems like a lot of work, but I assure you, this took me a total of five minutes, and it was well worth the work.
Now that we have everything set up, it was time to put them to the real test!
Head outside in the darkest of night and see how much we were glowing!
Glowing huskies!
See what I mean? Bright!
Aside from being super cool looking night dawgs, let me tell you why these will come in handy.
If my huskies were to get off the leash ( which each of them have managed to do before) and it being dark, how would I ever find them?
With these LED products shining away, how could I miss them?!
I took two very short video's just so you could get a better look at the products in action. It is not easy to try and take photos when it is dark outside!
The first video, I have the camera light on, but in the second one, I left it off so you can see how bright these are. Enjoy ;)
There you have it! We even had a lady come outside on her step to compliment us, and she said she had never seen anything like it!
I definitely recommend these products and this company to all my friends, family and readers!
Remember, they have more pet products besides what I have shown here, as well as TONS of other products for multiple uses!
I encourage you to check out their site! Just click the ad below!
Thank you Nite Ize for this wonderful opportunity to review your PAWsome products!
What does the pack think of their new accessories?
Come on back tomorrow to catch our Sibe Vibe!
Enjoy the rest of your day :)

Those glow collars and leads are great but we would never go for a night walk here. Perfectly modelled. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Thank you, have a great day!
DeleteGreat review. Lots of cool stuff. I don't go for night walks but have a collar like that to put on one of the dogs so I know where they are when let out in the middle of the night.
ReplyDeletePAWfect idea! Thanks for coming by!
DeleteGreat review! You got lots of cool stuff! All we got was a collar and a leash:( But we love our collar and leash! They are awesome! Have a great Friday!

Nice! They come in handy and look super cool! Note Ize has TONS of products, for both humans and their pets!
DeleteOohhh.... I like those lights! I wonder if the peep would consider wearin' one. You know... so that I can see her comin' when she's tryin' to get me inside but the night is still young.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Nissy
Hmm....quite possible!! Haha! There are some other products your human might like as well!
DeleteThanks so much for coming by!
You have a river?! We love evening walks, but live in town, so no lovely river to walk by. You lucky pups!
ReplyDeleteYuppers! It is beautiful! As you can see! Check out yesterdays post to see it in the light!
DeleteWe don't walk at night, but boy this would have come in handy when Luke was younger and we were outside after dark quite often for potty breaks! We still have occasional late night potty breaks though, (and more in the winter when the days are shorter) so I will definitely keep these in mind. They look really bright....great videos!
ReplyDeleteJan, Wag 'n Woof Pets
Ah yes! It would have been PAWfect for that!
DeleteBut hey, you never know. They have a huge selection of different things, so it would be worth checking them out anyways.
Thanks for coming by and have a great weekend! :)
Now that was ingenious! We were very impressed and we are only kitties!
ReplyDeleteI know right?! The smaller petlit one would fit a kitty PAWfectly!
DeleteThanks for comin by!
I have a NiteIze collar light. Mom calls it my headlight. It helps her see if I'm trying to eat stuff from the ground when we're out at night.
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
Cupcake
